DocuSign template mappings

For each DocuSign template, configure where the QuickBooks invoice fields come from. You can pull values from envelope custom fields by name, fall back to a static default, or use both. When all required fields (customer, item, amount, description) resolve and auto-create is on, awaiting_for_quickbooks invoice job is created automatically.
